We had an outstanding dinner here, the dishes were creative, well-rounded and layered with complexity, the orange baba was the highlight and we wish that next time we are in Paris it will still be on the menu! The service was attentive and the team has great time coordination, we also enjoyed seeing the kitchen and that each dish gets meticulously checked. Can't wait to come back and thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Five stars across the board.  My husband sometimes isn't a fan of tasting menus because he thinks restaurants try too hard to be creative but this was not the case at Eels. The dishes were thoughtfully created and all of the elements of each dish worked perfectly together.  The beet and carrot purees are worth nothing because I loved them so much and I'm not even a big fan of carrots or beets!  The service was fantastic and the place itself had a very good vibe.  It was nice getting to see the kitchen from where I was seated.  The restaurant also offers an a la carte menu and a small number of custom cocktails - my apricot spritz was delicious!  I can't wait to go back.

I had a tasting menu. Every dish was incredibly surprising, especially considering its price. When I combined all the components of the dish and took a bite, I experienced a flavor I could never have imagined from tasting each one separately. The layers of taste were amazing and so fun to enjoy. I preferred the cod dish over the veal, btw.

Solid restaurant if you’re in the mood for something different and more modern cuisine wise.  We elected to just order a la carte rather than tasting menu.  We ordered the eels and also the artichoke/watermelon appetizer.  We got all 4 mains to share - the quail was my favorite. Would say food and service are both high quality.  Not sure about price point relative to other similar restaurants in Paris
