Experiencing French cuisine with a Japanese twist is incomparable. This was my second visit to TOYO. Indeed, they hold a Michelin star, but in my opinion, they deserve even greater recognition. They present a carefully curated and seasonal tasting menu that captivates the imagination. They're willing to adjust the menu for specific dietary needs, but fortunately, I'm the type who enjoys everything! Their wine list is both impressive and reasonably priced. The majority of the seating is at the counter, which I prefer, as it allows you to witness all the kitchen action. I highly recommend this place, even though it's a splurge. But when in Paris, why not indulge in one unforgettable night?

Delicious French-Japanese neighbourhood style restaurant - essentially French food made with Japanese techniques and with some Japanese accents. Love the fact that they use seasonal French produce in their cooking. While the menu is not large, it's got a great selection.

I really enjoyed japanese ‘kappo’ here. Every plate was truly delicious and was full of creativity. What I loved most is steak with karasumi. The conbination of pumpkin and mimolette cheese was super. Yes! The price is not generous, but it’s worth coming here. Every plate has japanese umami, and delicacy of the art of Japanese cuisine. But it’s not Japanese ! This is French. besides us, the other guests were French people.You’ll be surprised with every mariage which the chef created.

Such an enjoyable dinner at Toyo, fresh ingredients cooked beautifully, everything was subtle, superb and satisfying.
Shaved cheddar with crudités, sea urchin and truffle sandwich, shaved eryngii and kombu, lotte with mimosa sauce, grilled squid with crudités, enoki with veal broth, grilled merlin with chanterelles, and japanese paella (with a second serving). Thank you very much chef Nakayama
