Stumbled upon this after arriving in Bordeaux hungry mid afternoon on a Wednesday when most restaurants were closed and the owner was kind enough to prepare us a meal. To our pleasant surprise, the food was uniquely prepared and delicious. We ordered one of the grilled cheese sandwiches with chicken and one of the chicken bowls. Loved both and the fresh ingredients used. The juices were homemade and fantastic as well - especially the apple juice. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Truly one of a kind... This place has a magical and authentic spirit that echoes from the chirping crickets in the courtyard to the old stone walls to the quiet banter in the kitchen. Great place, excellent nutritious food, a real treasure, plus the owner is lovely and has really good taste in objects and music. Not a lot of places to sit but it feels suitably cosy and unhurried. It's like having a friend make food for you. My sister and her partner ate here too and loved the food so much they wished they could go back again. Highly recommended.
