We stayed at Hotel Le Centenaire for three nights on a recent hiking trip and I highly recommend it. The service is impeccable, the food regional and delicious, and the rooms quiet and extremely comfortable. We were greeted on arrival by a cup of hot mint tea and a trolley of lovely locally-made soaps, shampoos and pure shea butter. We chose what we wanted for our stay and were then escorted upstairs to our room. As we were picking our toiletries (the hotel thus reduces plastic waste) our baggage had magically migrated upstairs. The room was large and stunning with a big balcony, beautiful furnishings and a modern, well appointed bathroom. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning before hiking and it was so copious that it provided us with our picnic lunches as well. This a beautiful hotel with excellent personalized service. You can't go wrong.

Hôtel le Centenaire was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The staff and owners are friendly, professional and accommodating. They immediately put us at ease which let us relax. Chloé gave us some great recommendations on things to do which surprised us by being some of our favorite sights in our whole trip. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic, updated bathroom. We appreciated how environmentally friendly they were. The hotel is in a great location that made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. And we cannot say enough good things about the restaurant. Without exaggeration, our dinner there was one of the best meals we have ever eaten! Chef Mathieu Métifet prepared a meal that was exciting, surprising, delicious and filling! We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely spectacular experience, from every possible angle. Amazingly, beautifully presented, innovative dishes. Each of them bursting with creativity and flavor.  Chef Metifet is truly a genius, a young visionary to keep on our radars. Service was impeccable, and the ambiance elegant, yet warm and welcoming to our family group.  Le Centenaire is a must is you are visiting this beautiful region.

Something went wrong with our reservation but the staff were very nice and arranged us a table anyway. We sat inside with a nice view of the lovely courtyard. I found the flavors of my starter dish (tomato and basil) a little bland, and my partner’s strawberry dessert had a weird earthy flavor. All the other dishes were, however, delicious. And beautifully presented. They had the most amazing selection of cheeses to choose from. But what really made our night was that the staff were super nice and not too formal. Would come here again!
