Restaurant was sadly very unpleasant. The food was fairly good, but given the price and star, one would expect a lot more. Service was absolutely shocking, and particularly let down by a supercilious younger waiter.  The ambience was also quite sterile, and felt like a Holiday Inn dining room.

Bordeaux has much better restaurants at much better prices, and this is not worth the journey out of the city

Very nice hotel a little away from the city of Bordeaux - amazing views over the city, amazing outdoor pool, great rooms, lovely staff and perfect service. The intern at the reception was very lovely and gave us great tips for Bordeaux and vineyard visits - thanks :)

We were here for our honeymoon last year and all I can say is wow!!! From waking up and seeing the grape vines to taking a couple of pictures on the motorcycle in the room we had an amazing time, we will never forget our time here. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and  helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Also do yourself a favor and order a bottle of wine from the vineyard and have some cheese at the bar. 10/10

A beautiful place. The service from every member of the staff was exceptional. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the shaded patio and the restaurant. Our stay was all that we expected and more. I hope to return some day.
