My first visit was in 2021 for a lunch, I was amazing already. This time I came back for their dinner. Service was just amazing, dishes were light and elegant. Although I am not a bread and butter person, theirs were heavenly. Everyone was extremely friendly and tried their best to converse in English. I am happy I drove one hour from the city to dine here!

This is the best restaurant in Bordeaux with an incredibly talented chef and an especially good dining room manager. The food has more depth and soul than pavie at half the price. The crispy duck is one of the most exciting dishes I’ve had this year

This is a review for the restaurant at Les Belles Perdrix. We had lunch there while in Saint Emilion, the restaurant overlooks the vineyard and is very modern and well appointed. The food and service were top notch; I highly recommend. Wine options by the glass was excellent and we were able to have TropLong wine with lunch. That said, upon trying to visit the winery, the staff were not friendly and did not accommodate us for any other tasting, even though the tasting room was empty. Dommage, because we were ready to buy a few bottles but decided against it given the cold treatment.

Lucas was amazing. His non-alcoholic drink pairing was remarkable. Being someone that does not drink alcohol this was the most unique meal experience I’ve ever had.

Restaurant: overall excellent. Beautiful setting/atmosphere and tasty food. What I enjoyed the most though was the selection of wines by the glass. Great selections from their own vineyard as well as elsewhere. Prices may look higher than usual for by the glass, but the quality is outstanding. It is ultimately an amazing value. The one aspect of the meal that deserves attention is the desserts which were not at the same level as the rest.

Hotel: our room was very nice. Beautiful and spacious. A good value and we would prefer staying here over the town. Two smaller constructive points: the shower did not drain properly and would flood into the bathroom which we had to mop up with a bath mat and the pillows offered no support (squish down to basically nothing when laying on them).
