We went to the bistro side on a tuesday for a work lunch.  It's ok- i think bistro side is dismal compared to gastro side (the 1 star michelin is definitely not on the bistro side. The gastro is for the serious good stuff but only starting on wednesdays.) Ordered salmon and got Lotte, ordered a trio dessert platter and got macarons and brown rice treat - to me thats only two.) I will come back to try bistro side but disappointed in todays experience. 3 stars because food is still ok.

We came here twice within a week.
Seasonal local ingredients prepared with great respect and appreciation. Dessert pairing is always unexpectedly delightful. Excellent food and service 😊

A truly great meal in beautiful surroundings with a warm welcome and great service.  We were particularly impressed with the amuse bouche.

I had a lovely lunch at Sources last week and was particularly impressed with the seafoam and cepes amuses respectively.

Each of my other menu items also had something to be excited about, from the bright small cockles (lost in translation exactly which kind) that came with the asparagus, to the light smokiness of the duck and the rosermary icecream from the dessert, while the other elements were just very competently prepared and presented. Highly recommend a visit when you are in the area and very curious to try the bistro-side of the restaurant as well.

A small note is that I would recommend the restaurant slightly raise the price of the three course lunch and lower the prices of drinks. A three course lunch including one glass of wine and coffee was 37 euros on my visit, but with champagne and sparkling water my total bill came to 62 euros. Still very cheap for what I was served but the balance feels a bit off, I think 45 for the three course lunch makes far more sense. If you then end up with a 60-70 euro bill it feels less as if your bill just doubled because you ordered 'one' drink and 'some water' and it'd still be great value for money.

Sensational food, the best bread I've ever had, so many highlights, all the cooking was so good. We loved our experience, the location is so unassuming, until you see this wonderful architecture to know you've arrived. Just superb
