Magnifique endroit pour se détendre et apprécier l’incroyable vue sur Pau.
Encore une fois, le dîner fut excellent: la saveur des légumes de saison, la cuisson parfaite accompagnée d’un très bon choix pour le vin.
Sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux de Monsieur et Madame Massonde et leur équipe.
C’est un lieu dont on ne regrette jamais de venir, nous le recommandons à chacune de nos visites.

Quelle belle soirée ! L'endroit, la cuisine, était formidable. La salle est sobre et décorée avec soin dans des tons pastels avec un fond discret de jazz au piano.
On s'y sent bien, et qu'elle vue sur Pau ! Incroyable !

Le service est discret et efficace, les vins (au verre dans notre cas) très bien choisis.

Que dire de la cuisine, encore une fois c'est 10/10 avec Patxi qui orchestre le bal. Une cuisine savoureuse, locale, de saison, qui ose, et surtout, qui vise juste à chaque fois ! Des combinaisons de saveur et de textures étonnante (haricots verts/sorbet fraise, ganache chocolat et sorbet au levain !) qui nous font découvrir le champs des possibles de son inventivité.

Je conseille le menu dégustation en 6 temps que nous avons pris pour l'ensemble de notre table.

En résumé, il ne faut absolument pas rater cette adresse si vous êtes dans les environs de Pau.

What a beautiful evening! The place, the food, was wonderful. The room is sober and carefully decorated in pastel tones with a discreet background of jazz on the piano.
We feel good there, and what a view of Pau! Amazing !

The service is discreet and efficient, the wines (by the glass in our case) very well chosen.

What can we say about the cuisine, once again it's 10/10 with Patxi who orchestrates the ball. Tasty, local, seasonal cuisine that is daring, and above all, that hits the mark every time! Amazing combinations of flavor and textures (green beans/strawberry sorbet, chocolate ganache and sourdough sorbet!) which make us discover the range of possibilities of his inventiveness.

I recommend the 6-course tasting menu that we took for our entire table.

In summary, you absolutely should not miss this address if you are in the Pau area.

Superbe ! Excellents plats, excellent service, rien a redire ! Un thon snackée délicieux, une sauce echalotte au vin rouge somptueuse, des mets travaillés, raffinés et des découvertes comme la glace au fenouil.

Petits bémols qui n’entachent en rien notre experience :

- nous aurions aimé manger dehors au vu du temps,
- eau plate facturée

Stunning ! Excellent dishes, excellent service, nothing to complain about! A delicious snacked tuna, a sumptuous red wine shallot sauce, elaborate, refined dishes and discoveries like fennel ice cream.

Small downsides that in no way affect our experience:

- we would have liked to eat outside given the weather,
- still water charged
