Restaurant with a surprise set menu can be intimidating but I highly highly highly recommend this experience. You will NOT leave hungry and you will not leave sad. The food was amazing. Truly the best meal of my life so far. I’m not sure how they didn’t get Michelin star but I would make the trip to Quissac again just for this. I can’t believe the price for the meal it was certainly worth it + more.

Nice ambiance, friendly service, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented dishes. (Also for kids appropriate dishes, qualitatively well and above the usual factory finished fish or steak tartare, compliments!) The courses' accompanying wines were adding to the gastronomic experience. All in all highly recommended.
