Worst food I’ve ever had in Europe. McDonald’s tastes like a michelline star restaurant compared to the food here. I know these guys have high profit margins because everything is ridiculously expensive but seems like it costs them 2 dollars to make. I ordered a sandwich for 10 euros and when it arrived the bread was soggy and disintegrating from the watered down sauce. I could barely pick it up and I wish I didn’t because it tasted disgusting. I’ll give props to the waiters because they all speak perfect English, but at this point the food is so bad it doesn’t even matter. Never coming here again.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews; this place has great service and food (cassoulet). The location speaks for itself, the servers are attentive and fast by French standards. Most importantly, the cassoulet is loaded with roasted pork that falls off the bone which they keep in large pieces that you actually cut up inside the soup bowl, a rustic touch that affirms they're putting in whole cuts and not fiddly bits from the butcher's bin. It has a great texture: not too soupy but more of a velvety foundation of sauce mixed with pork, sausage and beans, torched on top to get some crunchy texture (I think they could even leave it under the broiler a bit longer). I didn't add a grain of salt or pepper. It was a cool night with a bottle of Pinot noir and you can't go through Toulouse without a cassoulet. I can't speak so much for the price but on the basis of a delicious plate in a great location, this is hard to beat. Thank you!

The best thing was the appetizer of what they call tempura, the sauce was great with the chicken and the fish. The pasta was bland and the meat fell apart weird. The cassoulet was horrible and honestly we could not eat it. Our server only took our drink and food order then we never saw her again. Until we noticed her walking around on the phone. We waited about 20 mins and then had to ask someone else to give us the bill so we could leave. I beileve it was over priced as well. Maybe we got the wrong things? We enjoyed the atmosphere other than the food.

a restaurant in the center of Toulouse, right at the plaza. it was a hot day but there were water sprays over the outdoor tables so it was okay to sit outside. the squid dish was alright but the sauce on the salad looked a bit cheap. my first try with cassoulet was good. also had crème brûlée as a dessert, which was okay too. overall the place was a bit better than expected (usually don’t expect much on restaurants in the center of touristy area)

The atmosphere is very good. I enjoyed being in the terrace. The restaurant itself has very nice decorations. I would like to sit in the restaurant next time. I had lamb was very nice. I noticed the long hours of simmering. I looked at other dish from other table. Frits Maison look very delicious. Beside all of that I really love ice cream here. It was very cheap for take away. The texture of ice cream is very smooth. I very like orange flavor. Also pistachio flavor is really nice. I can taste the nutty flavor of pistachio. I would go for the ice cream here any time.
