My friend and I discovered this little gem when we were looking for a place to have lunch. A quiet, shady courtyard impeccably set out and with charming, friendly service, but the highlight was the extraordinary food! We took the set menu du jour, only 29€, and it was perfect. The entree was an excellent pâté with slices of truffle! Then 7 hour lamb, beautifully presented, and crème brûlée to finish. The wine was excellent and the staff extremely professional. Will always go there now whenever I’m in the town.

Old style restaurant in a small country town. Decor is nice though looks a bit ancient with its white tablecloth.
Service is not complete professional and a bit "familiar". Not a problem in general but since the restaurant tries to be of some standing, it is quite dissonant.
The food is entirely homemade, which is really great. However, it is really old fashioned and seems to come from the 80-90s. I'm sure it works with the local old crowd, but not with me. Taste was good though!
Price are therefore way too high. You can have better food and products in e.g. Paris for the same amount. Will not come back.

Le dinée du Viguier 3.7 Really enjoyable 5 course menu with excellent Foie Gras  and perfectly cooked heart of Cod and all for 51Euro. Suggested wine was excellent.
