Très déçue

Repas très bon, cuisson bien maîtrisée mais un tout petit peu trop simple pour le prix. Je n'ai rien à redire sur la cuisine qui était bonne.

En revanche ce qui nous a réellement déçu c'est la qualité du service.
La dame est vraiment très froide, peu aimable, pas avenante et a laissé des clients sous la pluie.
Attention à vos horaires de votre page qui indique une ouverture à 12h et pas 12h15.
( je précise qu'il n'y avait pas que nous qui attendions mais aussi un autre Monsieur qui était également venu pour réserver) et non Madame il ne faisait pas que 4 gouttes dehors puisque nous sommes arrivés avec les vestes bien mouillées, d'autant plus que vous nous avez même fait la réflexion "je vais vous prendre vos veste pour qu'elles sèchent"

Et contrairement à votre réponse indiquant que nous avons été peu sympathique, Madame, nous avons bien mangé et nous avons passé un bon moment.

Certes c'est une erreur de ma part de ne pas vous avoir appelé avant mais qui peut prévoir que le matin même la 3ème personne soit souffrante? Je vous aurais appelé à10h au lieu de 12h ? Un dimanche? Vous m'auriez répondu? Je vous ai même dit "nous serons que deux personnes, je suis désolée, la dernière est malade". Soit dit en passant, on était que 3 tables soit une dizaine de convives au total donc rien de contraignant pour vous ce jour là

D'aîlleurs, nous vous avons souris quand vous êtes venue chercher nos plats tout comme nous vous avons également répondu lorsque vous nous aviez posé des questions. Mais peut-être vous ne l'avez pas remarqué?
Et quand bien même nous aurions été désagréable (encore une fois ce n'était pas le cas) votre métier est de servir les clients. Le service compte tout autant que la qualité des plats.

Enfie attente trop longue (2h30 pour 3 plats...) mais en effet on a eu une amuse bouche en arrivant. Arrivés 12h05 départ 14h25 !

Dommage mais sans regret au vu de votre réponse montrant claîrement l'absence de remise en question.
J'insiste à nouveau mais la note ne dépend pas de la qualité des plats, la cuisine était très bonne.

Very good meal, well-controlled cooking but a little too simple for the price. I have no complaints about the food which was good.

However, what really disappointed us was the quality of the service.
The lady is really very cold, unfriendly, not welcoming and has left customers in the rain.
Pay attention to your opening hours on your page which indicates opening at 12 p.m. and not 12:15 p.m.
(I point out that it was not just us who were waiting but also another gentleman who had also come to book) and no Madam it was not only 4 drops outside since we arrived with very wet jackets, especially since you even made us think "I'm going to take your jacket so that they dry"

And contrary to your response indicating that we were unfriendly, Madam, we ate well and had a good time.

Of course it was a mistake on my part not to have called you before but who can predict that the same morning the 3rd person would be unwell? Should I have called you at 10 a.m. instead of 12 p.m.? A Sunday? Would you have answered me? I even told you “there will only be two people, I’m sorry, the last one is sick”. By the way, there were only 3 tables, or around ten guests in total, so nothing restrictive for you that day

Besides, we smiled at you when you came to pick up our dishes just as we also answered you when you asked us questions. But maybe you haven't noticed it?
And even if we would have been unpleasant (once again this was not the case) your job is to serve customers. The service is just as important as the quality of the dishes.

The wait was too long (2h30 for 3 dishes...) but in fact we had an appetizer when we arrived. Arrivals at 12:05 p.m. departures at 2:25 p.m.!

Too bad but without regret in view of your response clearly showing the absence of questioning.
I insist again but the rating does not depend on the quality of the dishes, the cuisine was very good.

J'ai récemment visité le Restaurant la Safraniere, et ce fut une expérience incroyable ! Le restaurant est distingué par deux couteaux Michelin, et c'est une reconnaissance bien méritée. Chaque plat était un vrai régal, avec l'utilisation d'ingrédients de qualité qui impressionne. Cependant, je recommande de réserver une table à l'avance, car le restaurant est souvent complet.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui apprécient la haute qualité de la cuisine et un service exceptionnel. Un grand merci à l'équipe du restaurant pour ce déjeuner inoubliable !

I recently visited Restaurant la Safraniere, and it was an incredible experience! The restaurant is distinguished by two Michelin knives, and it is a well-deserved recognition. Each dish was a real treat, with the use of quality ingredients that impressed. However, I recommend reserving a table in advance, as the restaurant is often full.

Très bonne expérience dans ce restaurant.
Nous avions pris le repas à emporter pour le réveillon du 31.
Nous nous étions régalées
Nous avons diner dans le restaurant plusieurs mois plus tard et la cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. Les plats sont travaillés, bien présentés, tout est fait maison et avec un maximum de local. Les quantités sont bien proportionnées. Un régal !
Le service est bien aussi (ni trop lent ni trop rapide, sobre et discret)
Mon seul petit regret c'est la salle que je trouve un peu froide en température mais bien décorée par contre.

We had dinner in the restaurant several months later and the food is still good. The dishes are elaborate, well presented, everything is homemade and with as much local produce as possible. The quantities are well proportioned. A treat!
The service is good too (neither too slow nor too fast, sober and discreet)
My only small regret is the room which I find a little cold in temperature but well decorated on the other hand.

Plats de qualité avec un menu qui change tous les mois. Prix raisonnable.
Seul « défaut » il faut réserver assez à l’avance car il n’y a pas beaucoup de tables et donc le restaurant est souvent complet.

The only “fault” is that you have to book well in advance because there are not many tables and therefore the restaurant is often full.
