The experience here is very well thought out.
Each dish added a new layer to the meal. The atmosphere along with the food transport you away from your regular day to day, allow you to enjoy three quiet hours of fine dining.
Well worth the trip.

One course that really stood out was the mushrooms. It might be an extra on the set menu but it is well worth it.

What a special place. The food, restaurant and surroundings are in harmony with one another. The modern decor doesn't over power the beautiful historical architecture. The food is different, yet still has that french classic style and finesse. The staff are friendly, relaxed, but attentive. The wine pairing was thought provoking and it was great not to be told what you were drinking until after you tried it. I would give it 5 stars but it was a new menu and the service wasn't completely flawless, that said it was marginal so if I could give 4.75...then I would. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
