Incredible food!   Will be full every seating so must reserve ahead.  Best food in the city but honestly one of the most impressive even after a tour through Provence eating at many places.   I’m of two minds as to leave a review but the place is probably perfect as it is, already full, and doesn’t need any attention from tourists.
A key sign this place is going to be great is that it seems full only of other French people.  other places in town have higher reviews but are less impressive, and usually full of us tourists…
The reception may be less warm than Americans like we expect, but it is completely unimportant, and considering the quality of the cuisine.  And also, we are guests of the local people here and I’m just glad to share the space with people that clearly love what they do and others that love to eat!

Fantastic food.  Family run restaurant.  Friendly, Lapin, Lamb, Escargot dish were all excellent. If you can get in this is a step above the other restaurants in the area. Cash only.

Best to know it’s cash only before you go! Great couple, him cooking her everything else, working very hard to produce delicious food, the kitchen is behind the bar. Possibly some of the dishes don’t quite work. But a very pleasant experience.

Perhaps one of the best meals I’ve ever had - the quality was unmatched, everything was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent. My husband and I were lucky to get a table for dinner without a reservation, but recommend to book in advance if you can. Also note they only accept cash, but there is an ATM walking distance. Definitely do not miss this place for a nice dinner in Moustiers, you will not be disappointed!

Great little restaurant in Moustier ! The menu was simple but delicious , cooked to order and really traditional . We had not booked and got a table on the terrace and enjoyed a lovely unhurried lunch watching people go by . It’s small so book if you want to have a table. Highly recommend
