What a find! My friend and I stumbled upon this lovely family run hotel in Cannes. We had no booking and chqnced a walk-in.  We were in luck and got a twin room with a balcony over looking the garden.  The shower was great, beds were clean & comfy and the room had everything we needed.  The location is very handy for the beach, train station, shops and restaurants.  We were able to borrow beach towels and leave our bags with at the hotel after we checked out. We even booked an extra night we liked it so much.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.   I would definitely stay again if I go back to Cannes and would highly recommend it.  Thanks to all the team in Hôtel de Provence :)

Our stay at Hotel de Provence was delightful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and functionality. Its prime location—conveniently close to excellent restaurants, the beach, the town center, and the train station—offered the best of both accessibility and privacy. Initially, we were surprised by the policy of returning the room key each time we left, but it turned out to be just fine. We especially enjoyed the evening happy hour, which added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Hotel is very clean, charming and beds are very comfy. Lovely balcony overlooking garden and beautiful trees, only a few minutes walk from the Croisette. Good restaurants and bars very close by.  Room was quite small but very comfortable and all amenities provided. Mini fridge and kettle very useful too. Highly recommended
