The chef graciously adapted the set menu to our requests. If you plan to dine at Les Agitateurs, I'd recommend skipping lunch that day. Though the dishes are served in small portions, you will find yourself full by the end, and wasting such divine food feels like a crime. The paired wines were superb, and the desserts were delicious with some unique selections. I appreciated that many dishes came with stories about the ingredients or the inspiration behind them. It was a lovely gesture for the chef to occasionally come to the dining floor to check on his guests. Nothing felt forced or pretentious, making for a truly enjoyable evening. And let’s not forget a goodie bag which we both received at the end of the evening.

My dinner experience at Les Agitateurs was unforgettable! During the 3,5 hour meal service was perfect, staff were friendly and had a high knowledge about food. Every dish had its own story and all elements were fresh and tasty. It was an experience where creativity and gastronomy came together. It's hard to pick my favorite plate because all were too good. Will be visiting this place every time I visit Nice.
