Lovely clean and airy rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. Cartons of Water when ever you ask. Shower nice size but does let water enter the main room as design needs a lip on the bottom to stop it. Service is lovely. Staff are so helpful and smiling all the time. Great location as just around corner to the old port. Plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Been a lovely new years stay

Clean and comfortable stay a few steps away from the Vieux Port  promenade. Safe area with friendly staff and a good continental breakfast layout. Lots of places to dine a short walking distance away. Close to the shops like Zara, H&M etc. Recommended

Great location.  Walking distance to the port and all the great restaurants. Rooms were small, but out of our group with 3 rooms, there were differences in room amenities.  There are no views out of windows. Included breakfast was really good even though the lobby was under renovation during our visit.

Small rooms, dark halls, window view to graphitti, night clerk needs a life. Will not stay here ever again. No water no tea or coffee after breakfast. Having to provide the room key when leaving is insulting. Maids who do not let use elevator even though we have a disabled person with a walker. Other guests in the other rooms are loud. I will be sure to advise AAA travel to remove this hotel from offerings for marseille.

Great little hotel right in the center of Marseille. Walking distance to everything.

Quite irritating though that they wanted us to leave our keys at reception when leaving the hotel and handed them back later at the mention of the room number. No name, no id-card nothing... So don't leave valuables I guess...
