What a lovely place to have dinner! Between the old walls in the middle is a fountain surrounded by a nice table setting. Front cooking with the occasional fire flame offers some spectacle in an otherwise idyllic atmosphere. A small but tasty menu offers more than enough for every (small) guest. The service was impeccable and cordial. Definitely recommended for anyone who (coincidentally) settles in Seillans.

This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in the beautiful village of Seillans, with easy parking in the back of the hotel. The photos make the place look a bit boxy, but it is a beautiful historical building with a lot of charm. If you can tolerate the slanted stairs and crooked wood shutters, you'll love the vibes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and do not miss dinner there: it was one of the most delicious dining we had in our trip. Highly recommend !

Had dinner here with the family. Lovely location on a little market square in a historic environment and great & friendly staff.

I would give 4.5 stars when i could, but since there are some kinda unfair and biased reviews. I put it up to 5. When you love Hotels with their own charme, antique furnishing, decoration and you don't fear maybe not even walls or a bit tighter ways which simply happen in a old house which has his own charme then you will like this Hotel.

Breakfast is more than the typical french ones, some cheese and sliced cold meats. Cereals, fruits, yoghurt and juices.
Dinner (see pictures) were delicious.

We were in the restaurant and cannot find any fault with neither the service nor the menu offered. The personnel was very polite and friendly , the various dishes were absolutely delicious. Due to the international variety of guests the atmosphere was stimulating and open-minded. The magnificent weather rounded up our wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
