Sublime. We are guests at the hotel and had a very special meal to celebrate our anniversary. The chef customised the menu to take into consideration my dietary requirements and took us both on a gastronomical adventure. A special shout out to Adrien who led the front of house team and Corentin our dedicated waiter. A brilliant experience which will stay with us for a long time.

Eventhough it is not the cheapest restaurant around, it is price/quality wise one the best in the South of France, maybe be even Europe. If you want to experience "haute cuisine" for a not so "haute" price, this is one of the places to check out. One advice that I can give: don't go in the summer. It can be so buzy that the service isn't what it should be. The food is top no matter when you go.
