Meine Mutti und ich waren heute zum Abendessen hier. Der Empfang verlief eher kühl und distanziert von der reiferen Dame. Auch bei der Bedienung ging es so weiter, ziemlich abschätzige Blicke und kein guten Appetit... da war der Kellner, der ständig lächelnd an uns vorbei ging viel aufmerksamer und übernahm dann unsern Tisch. Er übernahm dann Gott sei Dank auf unsern Wunsch hin auch die Kassierung. Das Essen war ok, Spargel sehnig aber essbar. Das Dessert war ausgezeichnet. Ebenso das Ambiente. Der Kellner, der uns den Abend rettete war sehr gross und schlank, auf seinem Namensschild konnte ich Martin Kunkel erkennen. Ich hoffe, dass das restliche Team so ist wie er und nicht wie die herablassende reifere Kollegin. Wäre sie nicht gewesen, hätte es 4 Sterne gegeben.

My mom and I were here for dinner today. The reception was rather cool and distant from the more mature lady. The same thing continued with the service, quite disparaging looks and no good appetite... the waiter, who walked past us constantly smiling, was much more attentive and then took over our table. Thank God he also took over the cashier at our request. The food was ok, asparagus was stringy but edible. The dessert was excellent. Likewise the ambience. The waiter who saved our evening was very tall and slim; I could recognize Martin Kunkel from his name tag. I hope the rest of the team is like him and not like the condescending, more mature colleague. If it wasn't for her, it would have been 4 stars.

In Ermangelung vieler vegetarischer Alternativen fiel die Wahl auf den Blumenkohl. Geschmacklich fantastisch, aber preislich für mein Empfinden schwierig. Denn satt würde ich bestenfalls von zwei Portionen. Insofern: Preis/Leistung leider unausgewogen.

In the absence of many vegetarian alternatives, the choice fell on cauliflower. The taste is fantastic, but the price is difficult in my opinion. Because I would only be full from two portions at best. In this respect: price/performance unfortunately unbalanced.

Wir saßen am lauen Sommerabend auf der Terrasse und konnten vollends genießen. Service 1a und das Essen war ein Gedicht! Wir hatten Gazpacho, Zander, Saibling und einen Eisbecher danach. Dazu ein Gläschen Hauswein und der Abend war perfekt! Was will man mehr?

We sat on the terrace on the warm summer evening and were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Service 1a and the food was a poem! We had gazpacho, pike perch, char and an ice cream sundae afterwards. Add a glass of house wine and the evening was perfect! What more could you want?

Die Kellnerin war mega! Super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Der Gastraum ist auch eigentlich ganz schön. Gute Beleuchtung, stilvoll schlicht eingerichtet.
Allerdings passte der Tisch nicht in die Eckbank-Niesche, weshalb immer alle aufstehen mussten, wenn einer aufstehen wollte. Große Männer mit langen Beinen konnten da nur sehr mühsam Platz finden.
Die Portionen waren sehr klein, nur mäßig gewürzt und auch eher lauwarm. Sicherlich qualitativ Top-Ware aber unser Geschmack war es leider nicht.
Alles in allem von mir keine Empfehlung zum Abendessen.

The waitress was great! Super friendly, attentive and helpful.
The guest room is actually quite nice. Good lighting, stylishly simply furnished.
However, the table didn't fit into the corner bench nook, which is why everyone had to get up every time someone wanted to get up. Tall men with long legs found it difficult to fit there.
The portions were very small, only moderately seasoned and rather lukewarm. Certainly top quality goods but unfortunately it wasn't to our taste.
All in all, I don't recommend it for dinner.
