Tonight my friends and I had the worst experience here by far. We all had tickets and we were waiting in line for at least 3 hours which is to be expected knowing that the event held tonight is the last one (16+ event) and it marks the end of the summer. Throughout the waiting, the bouncers were extremely rude and aggressive. in fact, they were so aggressive that one of them pushed one girl (mind you she was underaged) she fell onto the ground and screamed and he just casually walked away. Another guy got punched in the chest by another bouncer for waiting slightly next to the line instead of in the line. Despite the humiliating scene of seeing people being assaulted by these disgusting low-life people, we decided to wait, but that's when they stopped letting anyone in. To put that into perspective, we waiting from 9 till 12:20. Police were arriving when we left the line and headed home but we still had our tickets. It would be beyond outrageous if we won't be allowed a refund. This club is overcrowded, dirty, with tons of people smoking all kind of stuff outside the smoking area. I really don't recommend this place unless you're desperate for a 16+ event and looking to get attacked by one of them bouncers on a power trip.

The bouncers are stuck up and after an unsuccessful attempt to belittle me at the door they let me in on a Friday night at a little after 23:30 and there was literally NO ONE in the club except for a group of 4 younger dudes at a table. If it’s this slow maybe lay off the cover charge or at least tell your “security” to be a little more welcoming. It’s a shame this was the first club I tried out in Berlin, after hearing about the awesome night life this place was the exact opposite of all those expectations. I don’t even write reviews as you can see but this was pretty terrible.

Ridicolous ahaha

I have been there for an ERASMUS night and left out for no reason (no drunk, no strange outfit, no nothing). Probably the reason was that we were 3 guys instead of 3 girls. Awful. At an Erasmus event I would have never thought I would have been left outside.

Disappointing Halloween Party Experience

On October 28th, I booked three tickets for the Halloween party, filled with excitement and high hopes for an unforgettable evening with my friends. We went the extra mile and even invested in special costumes to make the most of this event.

However, our experience on the night of the party was nothing short of disappointing. When we arrived at the venue, there was a conspicuous absence of any welcoming organizers, and it became evident that the event's organization was in disarray. To our dismay, we couldn't even enter the event despite having paid for our tickets. This unfortunate turn of events significantly dampened our expectations and overall experience.

In light of these circumstances, I would like to request a refund for the cost of the tickets. The total value of the tickets amounted to 45.03 euros, and I firmly believe that a refund is the appropriate course of action given the subpar event organization and our inability to access the event we paid for.

I kindly request confirmation of this email's receipt and further instructions on how to initiate the refund process. I am fully prepared to provide any necessary information to expedite this procedure and ensure its seamless execution.

I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter swiftly and to our satisfaction. I look forward to your response and am eager to discuss any additional details that may be required.

My friends (6) and I had the worst experience here.
28.10.2023 was Halloween party-Horror Family, we all booked tickets one month before the event.
We came from different cities (2-5 hours with train) to attend this event.
We came one hour early and wait another one hour to go in but unfortunately they didn’t let us in.
the bouncers were extremely rude, racist and aggressive, he picked two from us without no clue and refused to let them in, he didn’t even check our tickets or identifies, we ask him several time to give us a reason but he didn’t, we tried to find a solution but he refused to speak with us and pushed us on the side.
Then we decided all to leave this bad club and went for another one.
The good thing that they transferred our ticket money back.
