This hotel has bugs. Would recommend looking elsewhere. The rooms were not clean, with stains on the carpet and walls. While I could not find any visible bugs, I did wake up with numerous bug bites on my legs. Hotel staff was incredibly rude throughout the stay. When we inquired about an early check in we were very rudely denied and the staff seemed offended that we would even ask. Upon finally checking in, we were met with the same lack of hospitality. We were told, with attitude, that a water bottle(for the diamond perk) would be in the room. It was not. Staff also advised that room cleaning would not begin until the second morning. However, at 8am the first morning,  hotel staff entered our room without even knocking.  The location was great and very walkable to Alexanderplatz, however that is the only positive thing I can say for this hotel.

First of all location is GREAT! It is a Hilton chain so rooms are within standards. Room itself was modern and comfy all in all.

Sadly there everything positive ends. I arrived very early and staff at the counter were amused why am I so early.... Well usually you could get a room already before the check in time if you are gold member... At this point I was offered a different room than my choice in the pre check in but I declined and waited until the afternoon. I came back around 3.30 to get the room just to be told that it is not ready yet?!?! The staff was really ignorant and it seemed that my presecence there as a customer was a big issue for them 😂 no friendliness and somehow avoiding to speak anything to me. I then waited around 30min for my room still...They said they call the housekeeping to clean it quickly.... The room was okay but I felt it was rushed... I wonder why the rooms are not ready when the actual check in time is on.... Also do not take the room next to the cleaning facilities. Constant and loud banging from the staff from early hours...

On the breakfast I saw a lot of varieties BUT everything was finished and they did not fill up anything... Super slow.. I came to breakfast 1hr prior to the closing. I managed to build up a good breakfast tray in the end when asking restocking but was again looked up weirdly and ignorant...

Sorry to say but might prefer the West side Hampton on a next trip....

Everything was fine during our stay! Was in a great location not too far from Alexanderplatz station. Only thing missing was a little fridge to keep water and drinks cold.

Breakfast was good, the layout is a bit confusing but still the food was good and nothing to complain about. Variety of bread, hot food, cereal and a waffle maker.

Stayed here for New Year and it was brilliant location to be in the centre of the new year atmosphere at Alexanderplatz.
The rooms were perfect for what we needed and breakfast had a brilliant selection. I would recommend trying to get to breakfast early as it can get very busy and crowded.
We used the gym which had everything you would need for a hotel gym.
I would recommend the hop on hop off bus tour which the hotel advertise.

The breakfast at the hotel was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. There was a great selection of savory and sweet dishes, including eggs, beans, cereals, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, milk, and an array of breads. For those with special dietary requirements, there were gluten-free, lactose-free, and low-fat milk options available, which was a thoughtful touch.

The spreads and dips were plentiful as well, ranging from butter, honey, cream cheese, Nutella, jams, to peanut butter. Coffee lovers would be pleased to find four coffee machines on-site, ensuring minimal waiting time even during busy hours. A standout feature was the waffle maker that allowed guests to enjoy freshly made waffles.

While the breakfast was good overall, there’s always room for improvement to make it even more exceptional.
