Top location, top service. Clean, luxurious, and cozy. The only thing that we didn't like so much is the mattress and pillows because they're too soft in our opinion, therefore we didn't sleep well sometimes. In general we recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a quiet central hotel.

Great location for quite a busy hotel. There is a single elevator for all floors which is a bit short. Rooms are spacious and really clean, even though they were a bit too warm at night. Breakfast was okay. Front desk was all business-like and made me pay upfront for my booking as a first order of business, which was obviously needed but not a great introduction. Not sure they took my remark about the hairdryer not working in my room to heart, so there should be a bit of improvement to listen to feedback.

The hotel is near two underground stations and 10 metres from a bus stop. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. The staff was very gentle. They offer free tea or coffee from 1 pm to 9 pm.
There is also a supermarket in front of the hotel.

We booked the “quiet and small” room for 2 nights for 2 adults. The room was small but very quiet, which we appreciated. The AC worked well and the room was clean.

Based on the pictures from the website of the small and quiet rooms, we thought our room came with a couch which wasn’t the case. There was a large column/wall about 1 foot away from the right side of the bed which made it hard to get in and out of the bed at night without bonking my head.

The shower stand was broken so we had to hold the shower nozzle or the shower head would spray on the opposite direction. It was pretty annoying to deal with. The bathroom towel radiator was also broken and would not turn on.

The hotel was in a good location for us, but I gave service a 2 since there was practically no service at all. We checked in/out using an app.

Overall, I would choose a different hotel if I was planning a trip back to Berlin.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at a hotel in Berlin. The room I was assigned was unfortunately infested with bedbugs. On the first night, I woke up covered in bites, and upon closer inspection, I discovered the bugs were everywhere—on the bedding, in the mattress. It was absolutely unacceptable! The staff didn't respond appropriately to my complaint, which only made the situation worse. I definitely do not recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay.
