What a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We reserved a table for the 10-course menu. The food was fantastic from oyster to yuzu canneloni, but the standouts were a fantastic French onion soup with a freshly made pastry dough, short rib, and crepe Suzette. The bread was accompanied by a fantastic red cabbage butter (my only suggestion is to either consider adding more salt to the existing bread recipe or making sure that the salt is added in the first place (I think it may have been forgotten the night we were there and the bread was quite bland)).

The service was absolutely fabulous and encouraged multiple trips to the kitchen to engage with the kitchen team, from chef to dishwasher. I felt like the team had a very warm and supportive way of working with one another and is actively working away from the typical “toxic masculine” kitchen culture.

All in all a fantastic experience and we look forward to returning when the menu changes in the future.

Edit: We were again June 2024 and the food and service are still top notch. Especially the service is quite remarkable as the waiter essentially does the whole show himself without missing a beat. Absolutely fantastic!

Man wird aufgefordert, jederzeit in die offene Küche zu gehen und dort zuzuschauen und Fragen zu stellen. Tolles Konzept.
Sehr gute Auswahl an Weinen.
Bis auf einen Gang, den ich nicht besonders harmonisch fand, war alles sehr gut.
