Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Obwohl wir sehr nah am Restaurant wohnen, waren wir zum ersten Mal da.  Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service nett und das Ambiente angemessen. Es gibt sicherlich im Design Verbesserungsvorschläge, aber diese sind optional. ;-)

We had a very nice evening. Although we live very close to the restaurant, it was our first time there.  The food was very good, the service was nice and the atmosphere was appropriate. There are certainly suggestions for improvements in the design, but these are optional. ;-)

Preislich ist das Erlebnis absolut gerechtfertigt und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer gehobene Küche in entspanntem Ambiente schätzt, sollte sich das Essperiment auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen!

The dining experience impresses with creatively interpreted dishes that impress both visually and in terms of taste. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, perfectly coordinated and excellently presented. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, the service is attentive and warm. In terms of price, the experience is absolutely justified and offers excellent value for money. Anyone who appreciates fine cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere should definitely not miss out on this meal!

Wir waren kürzlich zum zweiten Mal im ESSperiment. Wir gehen gerne gut Essen und sind durch eine Empfehlung auf das junge Besitzerpaar aufmerksam geworden. Man wählt zwischen 4, 6 oder 8 Gängen aus oder man wählt hieraus auch einzelne Gerichte. Alle 6-8 Wochen gibt es eine neue Karte und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die neue Karte. Natürlich ist es nicht günstig, doch überwiegend regionale Produkte, Handwerk, Optik und Geschmack rechtfertigen den Preis. Es ist besonders und wir sind glücklich wenn wir dort den Abend genießen.

We recently visited the ESSperiment for the second time. We like to eat well and became aware of the young owner couple through a recommendation. You can choose between 4, 6 or 8 courses or you can also choose individual dishes from these. There is a new card every 6-8 weeks and we are already looking forward to the new card. Of course it's not cheap, but predominantly regional products, craftsmanship, appearance and taste justify the price. It is special and we are happy when we enjoy the evening there.
