One of the rare starred restaurants that focus entirely on product quality rather than overly complex compositions. The kitchen serves absolute high-end ingredients (balfego, N25, miyazaki) without overpowering them, but letting them shine with very considerable cooking skills at hand.

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, a true gem.

Hatten ein unschlagbar sensationelles 8 Gänge Menü. Das Restaurant hat seine 2 Sterne wirklich verdient.  Als Weinbegleitung haben wir uns für einen Grauburgunder 1. Lage vom Pfälzer Winzer Jülg entschieden.  Essen und Wein waren absolut grandios. Das Essen ist tatsächlich ein Feuerwerk am Gaumen und unfassbar kreativ. Der Service auf höchstem Niveau und das Ambiente sehr modern mit angenehmer Distanz zu den Nachbartischen. Wer im Umkreis von 50 km lebt darf sich über den eigens eingerichteten kostenlosen Shuttle Service erfreuen . In der Summe ein wahres kulinarisches Erlebnis das sicherlich nicht gerade preislich günstig daherkommt. Aber mal ehrlich....in einem 2 Sterne Restaurant von denen es nur 50 gibt in Deutschland erwartet man ja einen gehobenen Preis.  Auf alle Fälle ein Top Restaurant für Feinschmecker.

Had an unbeatably sensational 8 course menu. The restaurant really deserves its 2 stars.  As a wine accompaniment we chose a Pinot Gris 1st location from the Palatinate winemaker Jülg.  The food and wine were absolutely terrific. The food is actually a firework display on the palate and incredibly creative. The service is at the highest level and the ambience is very modern with a pleasant distance from the neighboring tables. Anyone who lives within a radius of 50 km can enjoy the specially set up free shuttle service. All in all, a true culinary experience that is certainly not exactly cheap. But let's be honest... in a 2 star restaurant, of which there are only 50 in Germany, you expect a higher price.  Definitely a top restaurant for gourmets.
