Nice casual fine dining option in the old harbor area of Duisburg.
Their set menu is good value and a vegan option available. Better value even if the wine pairing.
If a 0.75l bottle of water should cost almost 10€? I do not know...

This was really a top-notch experience. We were a bit tired of the other restaurants and we also appreciate extraordinary things so we have made a decision to come for a dinner. And it exceeded our expectations.

The staff is extremely polite, attentive, doing great their job without being noticed. I really like the idea of pouring wine - by the way... wine... amazing selection!

All the dishes were so fine tuned that every bite was like a burst of flavours in our mouths..I wish to have bigger stomach to try it all. Anyhow, good reason to come back, right? Next time we will come with spring or summer as I think the area is amazing with warm weather.

Absolutely exquisite meal. Everything was perfect. The service was friendly, finely coordinated and professional. The communication and precision was an absolute pleasure to experience and observe. The food was sublime. From the amuse bouche to dessert, everything was perfectly seasoned and an exceptional blend of taste and texture. The 4 course tasting menu was excellent value at 99 euro and the wine pairing was a very reasonable 25 euro and paired expertly. A rich Malbec to go with the lamb, a flinty Grüner Veltliner to go with the Arctic Char, a delightful Italian dessert wine and a beautiful Grau Begründer that perfectly cut the richness of the quail breast. One of the best meals we've had in Germany. The restaurant was so impressive. Lots of large parties in, yet it ran such a tight coordinated ship an embodiment of the German efficiency we were promised when moving here, but had yet to find. A truly exceptional experience, we will definitely be back.

Best restaurant in Duisburg 2023

Haven’t tried all eateries in Duisburg but this must be the best place too eat.

Great food, attentive service, high end location by the Wood port in Duisburg. Pricey but well worth it :))

If you must eat in Duisburg this is the place.

No problem with gluten free and lactos free or vegetarian option

We needed a nice change, so one Sunday morning we decided to drive from Amsterdam here for lunch.
We did not regret the decision and the time spent on the drive.
Service is impeccable,  food so good! And wines are amazing too! We had antipasti mix, fish soup and linguine with shrimp. Tasty and mild.
Polished it with mix of sorbets and ice cream with chocolate sauce.
Absolutely loved it.
Location is very interesting and there is parking in front (not busy on Sunday noon)
Highly recommend!
