Ich war dort zum Abendessen. Das mittlere Menü war von hervorragender Qualität. Der Service war sehr professionell und außerordentlich freundlich. Nur über einen Punkt sollte man vielleicht einmal nachdenken: die einzelnen Portionen waren sehr reichlich. Vielleicht könnte man diese etwas kleiner gestalten und dementsprechend die Preise anpassen. Dies ist aber nicht als Kritik gemeint sondern nur ein Vorschlag. Nochmals: alles in allem war alles vorzüglich. Dank an den Inhaber und seinen Sohn für den schönen Abend.

I was there for dinner. The medium menu was of excellent quality. The service was very professional and extremely friendly. There is just one point you should perhaps think about: the individual portions were very generous. Perhaps they could be made a little smaller and the prices adjusted accordingly. However, this is not meant as a criticism, just a suggestion. Again: all in all everything was excellent. Thanks to the owner and his son for the lovely evening.

Kennt ihr die Situation? Man öffnet eine Auster und findet darin eine Perle? (Ok, ich esse keine Austern…🙃) Aber das Gefühl bekam ich gestern Abend… durch eine Empfehlung  sind wir zum Essen hier gelandet. Das Ambiente ist innen wunderschön gemacht, sehr liebevoll gestaltet… wir hatten das mittlere Menü. Jeder Gang war eine Überraschung, geschmacklich und vom Inhalt…. Absolute Spitzenklasse… perfekt angerichtet, tolle Auswahl der Zutaten und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau….
Dann bekamen wir eine Weinemofehlung, die auch exzellent war.
Dazu vom Inhaber selbst eine superfreundliche Bewirtung…
Für uns war es perfekt (entschuldigt die vielen Superlative) und auf Niveau einer Sterneküche….
Die Preise sind gehoben, aber angemessen!
Eine kleine Verbesserung: der Käseteller könnte auf das Niveau der anderen Speisen gehoben werden… 🤗

Do you know the situation? You open an oyster and find a pearl inside? (Ok, I don't eat oysters...🙃) But I got that feeling last night... we ended up eating here thanks to a recommendation. The ambience is beautifully done inside, very lovingly designed… we had the medium menu. Every course was a surprise, in terms of taste and content…. Absolutely top class… perfectly prepared, great selection of ingredients and taste at the highest level….
Then we got a wine emo, which was also excellent.
Plus super friendly hospitality from the owner himself…
For us it was perfect (sorry for the many superlatives) and at the level of a star kitchen...
The prices are high but reasonable!
A small improvement: the cheese plate could be raised to the level of the other dishes... 🤗
Otherwise: I'll be happy to come back (when I've saved enough...)

In diesem Hotel hatte ich Anfang Februar 2024 anlässlich einer Hochzeit am zweiten Juniwochenende 2024 ein Doppelzimmer von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht; diese Buchung wurde mir auch bestätigt.
Ende Mai erhielt ich einen Anruf vom Hotel, dass man mir wegen einer hauseigenen Veranstaltung das gebuchte Zimmer nur noch für die erste Nacht, nicht jedoch für die zweite Nacht geben könnte. Es war dem Hotel nicht mal peinlich, und man konnte mir auch kein Ersatzquartier benennen.
Aus oben geschilderter Erfahrung kann ich dieses Haus wirklich niemandem mehr empfehlen, da ist selbst ein Stern noch zuviel!

I booked a double room in this hotel from Friday to Sunday at the beginning of February 2024 for a wedding on the second weekend in June 2024; This booking was also confirmed to me.
At the end of May I received a call from the hotel saying that due to an in-house event they could only give me the room I had booked for the first night, but not for the second night. The hotel wasn't even embarrassed and they couldn't give me alternative accommodation.
Based on the experience described above, I really can't recommend this house to anyone, even one star is still too much!

Super freundliches Personal. Alle gingen fürsorglich mit Extrawünschen um. (Da Erkrankungen vor liegen). Dabei null auf die Geschmacksexplosionen verzichten zu müssen.  Danke , wiedereinmal vorzüglich gespeist. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super friendly staff. Everyone handled extra requests with care. (Because there are illnesses). There's no need to miss out on the flavor explosions.  Thank you, once again an excellent meal. Absolutely recommended.
