Hatten kein Sternemenü sondern eins von den jungen Köchen des Hauses. Es gab außergewöhnliche Kreationen und tolle Qualität, Dafür 5 Sterne. Leider war der Service etwas unerfahren und unsicher. Auch die Atmosphäre war auch etwas angespannt und für unseren Geschmack zu spießig. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Abend.

We didn't have a star menu but one from the young chefs in the house. There were exceptional creations and great quality, 5 stars for that. Unfortunately the service was a bit inexperienced and unsafe. The atmosphere was also a bit tense and too stuffy for our taste. Still a very nice evening.

Ein einfaches Restaurant mit guten Service und guter Qualität am Essen bekommt genauso die Höchstpunktzahl wie ein Edellokal.
Es gibt für mich nichts Schlimmeres wie Essen ohne Geschmack. Ach, Geschmack heißt nicht Glutamat!!!

Wir hatten leider keine Sterneküche aber das Essen war lecker und ausreichend. Das Dessert fand ich etwas zu langweilig und einen Kakaospiegel ist eigentlich nicht mehr Mode. Der Service war gut. Wem das Ambiente in einem Schlosshotel zusagt, der ist hier genau richtig.

Unfortunately we didn't have a star kitchen but the food was tasty and sufficient. I found the dessert a bit too boring and a cocoa topping is actually no longer fashionable. The service was good. If you like the ambience of a castle hotel, this is the right place for you.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön. Vorspeise (Trüffelrisotto) sowie die Brote/Aufstriche wirklich Weltklasse. 10/10. Meine Hauptspeise war sehr gut, der Fisch (Regenbogenforelle) meiner Begleitung war leider zu roh. Lustigerweise bekamen wir mit, wie zwei bis drei weitere Tische (scheinbar Stammgaeste), sich über genau das gleiche beschwerten, und sagten dass der Fisch heute nicht so wie gewohnt ist. Service großenteils sehr nett, gerade die beiden Italiener. Eine Sache die mir auffiel: Als wir nach einem weiteren Glas Weißwein fragten, schenkte einer der Kellner wirklich extrem sparsam (gerade so 0,1 ML) ein, während der andere, beim zweiten Mal als wir fragten, super großzügig (mehr als 0,2 ML) nachschenkte, zum gleichen Preis versteht sich. Hier könnte man vielleicht einheitlicher arbeiten.

The ambience is really very nice. Starter (truffle risotto) and the bread/spreads were truly world class. 10/10. My main course was very good, but unfortunately my companion's fish (rainbow trout) was too raw. Funnily enough, we overheard two or three other tables (apparently regulars) complaining about exactly the same thing, saying that the fish today wasn't as usual. Service was mostly very nice, especially the two Italians. One thing that struck me: When we asked for another glass of white wine, one of the waiters poured it extremely sparingly (just about 0.1 ML), while the other, the second time we asked, poured it super generously (more than 0. 2 ML), at the same price of course. Perhaps we could work more uniformly here.
