Sehr tolles Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen.
Gemütlich und die Tische sind auch nicht zu eng gestellt, was Privatsphäre gibt.

Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, leider wurde uns nach dem Aperitif kein weiteres Getränk angeboten wie zb einen passendenen Wein zum Essen, also blieben wir beim Wasser. Was dem Abend und der Stimmung keinen Abbruch getan hat.

Ich habe mich auf diesen Besuch sehr gefreut. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Doch der Reihe nach: Gute Parkplatz-Situation, ein schönes Gebäude, ein freundlich eingerichtetes Restaurant-eher minimalistisch und stylish vom Stil her. Freundliche Begrüßung. Eine klar strukturierte Speisekarte.

Ich habe ein 4-Gänge-Menü bestellt. Vorspeise Steinpilze-Burrata, Zwischengang Pulpo, Hauptspeise Ochsenbacke und Nachtisch ein Zwetschgen-Traum. Und alles war richtig gut. Besonders hervorheben muss ich jedoch die Ochsenbacke mit Chimichurri Sellerie mit einer unfassbar reduzierten, geschmacklich perfekt harmonisierenden Soße. Noch nie in meinem Leben habe ich eine solch perfekte Harmonie erlebt: unfassbar zartes, wohlschmeckendes Fleisch mit einer Soße zum Dahinschmelzen. Dieses Gericht war ein Volltreffer in mein kulinarisches Herz. Den Nachtisch muss ich ebenfalls als immens gut erwähnen, eingelegte Zwetschgen mit Kürbisglace, Nougat und einer Traum-Sabayone.

Was soll ich sagen? Ich bin beruflich bedingt und weil ich Freude an gutem Essen habe, gerne und oft in Restaurants zum Essen. Dieses Essen hier war hervorragend und war seinen Preis wert. Hier kocht  ein Team mit Hingabe zum Produkt und mit Leidenschaft. Der Service war freundlich und professionell, vereinzelt jedoch etwas zu selten am Tisch.

Ich kann den Besuch hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Und ich komme wieder-versprochen!

I was really looking forward to this visit. And I wasn't disappointed. But first things first: Good parking situation, a beautiful building, a friendly restaurant - rather minimalist and stylish in style. Friendly welcome. A clearly structured menu.

I ordered a 4-course meal. Starter of porcini mushroom burrata, intermediate course of pulpo, main course of ox cheek and dessert a plum dream. And everything was really good. However, I have to particularly highlight the ox cheek with chimichurri celery with an incredibly reduced sauce that perfectly harmonizes the taste. Never in my life have I experienced such perfect harmony: incredibly tender, tasty meat with a sauce that melts away. This dish was a direct hit to my culinary heart. I also have to mention the dessert as immensely good, pickled plums with pumpkin ice cream, nougat and a dream sabayon.

What can I say? For work reasons and because I enjoy good food, I like to eat out often in restaurants. This meal was excellent and well worth the price. A team cooks here with dedication to the product and with passion. The service was friendly and professional, although in some cases it was a bit too rare at the table.

I can fully recommend a visit here. And I'll be back - I promise!

Das Restaurant Benders überzeugt mit einer modernen und stilvollen Atmosphäre im Gastraum, die von Anfang an ein angenehmes Ambiente schafft. Die Vorspeisen waren äußerst kreativ und abwechslungsreich, besonders hervorzuheben ist der gebeizte Lachs in Kombination mit Fenchel und weiteren ausgefallenen Zutaten – eine echte geschmackliche Entdeckung!

Das frisch gebackene Brot war hervorragend.

Der Hauptgang hat mich vollkommen überzeugt: Der Zwiebelrostbraten war perfekt medium rare, genau wie bestellt – tatsächlich das erste Mal, dass ein Restaurant das bei mir so punktgenau hinbekommen hat. Die Soße und die Spätzle waren ebenfalls hervorragend und haben den Genuss perfekt abgerundet.

Auch das Dessert war ein Highlight: Die doppelt eingefrorene Banane, die fast wie ein Eis wirkte, zusammen mit der mit Schokoladenmousse das isn einer weißen Schokoladenhülle in Bananenform war, war sowohl kreativ als auch geschmacklich beeindruckend.

Insgesamt war das Essen herausragend, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Das Benders ist eine absolute empfehlung!

The Benders restaurant impresses with a modern and stylish atmosphere in the dining room, which creates a pleasant ambience right from the start. The starters were extremely creative and varied, with the pickled salmon in combination with fennel and other unusual ingredients being particularly noteworthy – a real taste discovery!

The freshly baked bread was excellent.

The main course completely convinced me: the onion roast was perfectly medium rare, exactly as ordered - actually the first time that a restaurant has managed this so precisely for me. The sauce and the spaetzle were also excellent and rounded off the enjoyment perfectly.

The dessert was also a highlight: the double-frozen banana, which almost looked like ice cream, together with the chocolate mousse, which was a white chocolate shell in the shape of a banana, was both creatively and tastefully impressive.

Overall, the food was outstanding, from starters to dessert. The Benders is an absolute recommendation!
