Netter Empfang, wir waren am 06.10.2024 die ersten zwei Gäste. Toller Blick aus dem Rundbau, der etwas in die Jaher gekommen ist, was aber kaum stört. Eine excellente Speisenfolge, die auch nach den Grüßen aus der Küche und den Vorspeisen nicht abfiel, sondern das sehr gute Niveau konnte gehalten werden. Der Service war eine Klasse für sich. Aufmerksam am Gast, wie es sein soll - mit Humor und kenntnisreich. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für einen Stern, der für uns an diesem Abend fällig war..

Nice welcome, we were the first two guests on October 6th, 2024. Great view from the rotunda, which is a bit old, but that's hardly a problem. An excellent sequence of dishes that didn't drop even after the greetings from the kitchen and the starters, but the very good level was maintained. The service was in a class of its own. Attentive to the guest, as it should be - with humor and knowledgeable. All in all, a recommendation for a star that was due for us that evening..

Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, das vom Team um Stefan Kraft perfekt geführt wird.

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Silvesterabend bei ausgezeichneter Küche, stimmiger Weinbegleitung und angenehmen Service verbracht.

Aber auch das klassische Abendessen zwei Tage später hat all unsere Erwartungen vollumfänglich erfüllt.

Eine faszinierende Kombination verschiedener Geschmäcker!
Es hat vorne und hinten einfach alles gestimmt.
Sowohl das Ambiente, die freundlichen Kellner und das fantastische Essen!
Super schön angerichtet und ein wirklich exzellenter Geschmack!
Sogar das selbstgemachte Brot hätte besser nicht sein können!

Bei unserem Aufenthalt heute Abend war außerdem ein älteres Ehepaar am Nachbartisch, welches sich den ganzen Abend aneinander aufgeregt hat und dies dementsprechend auch an den Kellnern ausgelassen hat. Etwas schade, dass diese Beiden ihre Laune nicht privat hätten auslassen können, das Restaurant ist schließlich nicht der richtige Ort für eine Ehekrise und die Kellner hätten auch nicht besser damit umgehen können. Sie sind stets freundlich und ruhig damit umgegangen und haben die Stimmung für die anderen Gäste weiterhin gut erhalten. Meinen Respekt dafür.

Zusammenfassend war es für mich ein unglaublich gelungener Abend, meine Geschmachsnerven sehnen sich schon nach dem nächsten Besuch!

During our stay this evening there was also an older couple at the table next to us who were upset with each other the whole evening and took it out on the waiters. It's a bit of a shame that these two couldn't have vented their mood in private. After all, the restaurant isn't the right place for a marital crisis and the waiters couldn't have handled it better. They always dealt with it in a friendly and calm manner and continued to keep the mood good for the other guests. My respect for that.

In summary, it was an incredibly successful evening for me, my taste buds are already longing for the next visit!

Unser Highlight in Heringsdorf. Ich bin immernoch überwältigt von dem Erlebtem. Von Service, über Getränke und dem Essen war alles tip top. Wir hatten Glück und bis auf ein weiteres Paar, hatten wir das Restaurant für uns alleine. Wir feierten kleine Mini-Flitterwochen und der Tisch war für uns eingedeckt, es gab Champagner aufs Haus und alle kamen mal vorbei um uns zu gratulieren. So konnten wir mit Adrian (unserem Sommelier), Steffen (Restaurantleiter) und Jan (dem Küchenchef) witzeln, uns austauschen und sogar Fotos machen. Man gab sich mit uns sehr viel Mühe und war stets daran interessiert uns alles zu erklären. So konnten wir neue Weine für uns entdecken. Wenn sich etwas in deinem Mund anfühlt, als wäre es Herbst und man schwelgt in Erinnerungen, ja dann bist du genau richtig. Die Grüße aus der Küche waren sowas von lecker. Selbstgemachtes Brot, salzige Butter mit Spinatpulver. Spinat Espume mit Kaviar und gedünsteten Zwiebeln... hach, lecker. Lediglich das Restaurant selber, könnte moderner sein. Wir wünschen dem Team weiterhin gutes Gelingen und sagen Danke für diese Erfahrung und geben eine klare Empfehlung für Jan, Adrian und Steffen ab. 10/10*

Our highlight in Heringsdorf. I am still overwhelmed by what I experienced. From service, drinks and food, everything was top notch. We were lucky and apart from one other couple, we had the restaurant to ourselves. We celebrated a little mini honeymoon and the table was set for us, there was champagne on the house and everyone came over to congratulate us. We were able to joke, exchange ideas and even take photos with Adrian (our sommelier), Steffen (restaurant manager) and Jan (the chef). They made a lot of effort with us and were always interested in explaining everything to us. This allowed us to discover new wines for ourselves. If something in your mouth feels like it's autumn and you're reminiscing, then you've come to the right place. The greetings from the kitchen were so delicious. Homemade bread, salty butter with spinach powder. Spinach Espume with caviar and steamed onions... oh, delicious. Only the restaurant itself could be more modern. We wish the team continued success and say thank you for this experience and give a clear recommendation to Jan, Adrian and Steffen. 10/10*
