Es war sozusagen der Höhepunkt unserer kulinarischen Reise über Usedom (Belvedere; KaisersEck; KaisersBlick etc.) Wir wurden als erste Gäste von Frau Wulf empfangen, mit der sich gleich ein Gespräch über die interessanten Bilder von Christopher Lehmpfuhl entspann. Erfrischend, das! Mal keine Motel-Bilder. Der Service war, wie ich ihn mir nur wünschen kann. Aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich.
Das Essen ist eine Klasse für sich gewesen. Schmecken und Geschmack verlangen Adjektive. Also:Hervorragend war es. Wein nicht als Begleitung, aber kenntnisreichen Empfehlungen. Danke für den schönen Abend. Weiter so und von uns eine klare Empfehlung!! Die Fotos sind etwas nachlässig aufgenommen, um niemanden zu stören.

The two of us were in this lovely restaurant last Wednesday evening (10/16/24). It was, so to speak, the highlight of our culinary journey through Usedom (Belvedere; KaisersEck; KaisersBlick etc.). We were welcomed as the first guests by Ms. Wulf, with whom we immediately had a conversation about the interesting pictures by Christopher Lehmpfuhl. Refreshing, that! No motel pictures. The service was as I could only wish for. Attentive but not intrusive.
The food was in a class of its own. Taste and taste require adjectives. So: it was excellent. Wine not as an accompaniment, but knowledgeable recommendations. Thank you for the lovely evening. Keep it up and a clear recommendation from us!! The photos were taken a little carelessly so as not to disturb anyone.

Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurant . Ich gehöre zu denen , die immer wieder mal die Mich.-Bewertung kritisieren und ich kenne mehr als 200 Mich.-Restaurants . Für mich ist es z.B. inakzeptabel Sitzungen zu fordern . Wer möchte um 19.50 den Service am Tisch mit der fertigen Rechnung sehen , weil um 20.00 H die zweite Sitzung folgt. Aber das gehört hier nicht her . Das Kulmeck ist verglichen mit anderen Mich.-Restaurants (westlicher gelegen) imstande den zweiten Stern zu führen. Speziell an diesem Abend hervorzuheben war der Sojaspinat und das hervorragende Stück Damwild .

It wasn't my first time in this highly recommended restaurant. I am one of those who always criticize the Mich. rating and I know more than 200 Mich. restaurants. For me, for example, it is unacceptable to demand meetings. Who would like to see the service at the table with the finished bill at 7:50 p.m. because the second meeting follows at 8:00 p.m. But that doesn't belong here. Compared to other Mich. restaurants (located further west), the Kulmeck is able to achieve the second star. Particularly noteworthy this evening were the soy spinach and the excellent piece of fallow deer.
