We were disappointed to be told that we couldn’t order the four course menu on arrival due to only having the table for two hours and arriving 30 mins late due to a delayed train. It would have been helpful to know this when we called rather than on arrival as we could have changed our plans. Our 12th anniversary meal felt rushed and slightly awkward. We even offered to sit at the bar for the final course and was told no. Food was ok - fish slightly over cooked. Sommelier was very helpful. Mashed potatoes were superb. Underwhelmed with the overall experience.

Went in with high expectations from the food and were somewhat disappointed.

We tried three of their dishes - the salmon, the beef slivers and the rabbit leg. All of it was fresh and well cooked but lacked flavour for our palate.

The place is definitely quite liked by the locals as the restaurant was full when we went in for late lunch on a weekday.

The service was lack lustre as there were two people serving multiple tables and could not do justice.

The ambience is also below par, a table in the corner near the washroom does not work for us.

Disappointed. Do not recommend.
