Sehr kompetenter netter Service und ein klassisch stilvolles, leicht angestaubtes Ambiente passend zum Schlosscharakter. Die Karte ambitioniert und hochpreisig. Eher schwach die Aromatik. Sehr guter Rehrücken, der aber einer gehaltvollere Sauce vertragen hätte. Der Fischgang wenig überzeugend. Zuchtlachs gut gegart aber kaum gewürzt. Keine Sauce, nur 2 Gemüsepürrees (Möhre und Blumenkohl) ebenfalls eher ungewürzt.

Very good saddle of venison, but it could have used a richer sauce. The fishing was not very convincing. Farmed salmon well cooked but hardly seasoned. No sauce, just 2 vegetable purees (carrot and cauliflower), also rather unseasoned.
