this was my birthday dinner and did not disappoint! the appetisers were delicious, but the highlight was the scallop. it was perfectly seared and the tangyness of the radish paired brilliantly. the smoked salmon and the pumpkin soup were theatrical, especially when they unveiled the smoke coming out of the lid. i loved the calf and the red wine sauce was simply delicious. of the dessert, the cake was my favourite. the crunchy layers sandwiches a decadent mousse and an apricot jam created a symphony in my mouth which left my very satisfied.

Great food (albeit small portions) and excellent service. Unfortunate that the owners of the restaurant expect customers to pay the banks fees attached to any credit card payment... quite "provincial", honestly, and borderline offensive when considering how $$$$ the final bill is.

Impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere and otherworldly food. Sure, got it's price (all in pP about 100€ to 150€), but they deserve every cent.

Neben dem extrem tollen Hotel ist auch das Gourmetrestaurant eine Show. Essen war phänomenal und der Service unglaublich gut. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr exklusiv und hat hervorragend gemundet. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern, bitte weiter so!!!

Da habe ich Heute wohl alles richtig gemacht. Blauer Himmel auf der Terrasse den besten  Kakao nach Schlossherrn Art mit Pralinenschatz in exquisitem Tafelgedeck und ein Gourmetteller  mit Spargelragout und butterzartem Bratenstück. 6 Sterne gibt es hier ja nicht.

I guess I did everything right today. Blue sky on the terrace, the best cocoa in the lord of the castle style with a treasure trove of chocolates in an exquisite table setting and a gourmet plate with asparagus ragout and a tender roast piece. There are no 6 stars here.
