This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! The food is amazing, creative and of course, delicious! If you are looking for something special to celebrate a special occasion, this is the place to go for.

Wir haben uns zu Weihnachten das Menü „Sterneküche trifft Bürgermeister“ vom Restaurant Maerz über „getvoila“ liefern lassen – und es war einfach fantastisch! Die hochwertigen Zutaten, die kreative Zubereitung und die perfekte Abstimmung der Aromen haben uns begeistert. Besonders der Fine-Dining-Wagyu-Burger als Hauptgang war ein Highlight. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und die Gerichte kamen bestens gekühlt an. Dieses Menü ist ein absolutes Muss für Feinschmecker, die sich Sterneküche nach Hause holen möchten. Vielen Dank an das Team von Benjamin Maerz für dieses unvergessliche Geschmackserlebnis!

Service und Ambiente des Restaurants kann ich aus dem Grund leider (noch) nicht bewerten, nach dem Geschmackserlebnis zu Weihnachten werden wir demnächst ganz sicher mal nach Bietigheim kommen.

For Christmas we had the “Star cuisine meets mayor” menu delivered to us by Restaurant Maerz via “getvoila” – and it was simply fantastic! We were impressed by the high-quality ingredients, the creative preparation and the perfect balance of flavors. The fine dining Wagyu burger as the main course was particularly a highlight. The delivery was on time and the dishes arrived well chilled. This menu is an absolute must for gourmets who want to bring star cuisine into their home. Many thanks to the Benjamin Maerz team for this unforgettable taste experience!

Unfortunately, I can't rate the service and ambience of the restaurant (yet). After the taste experience at Christmas, we will definitely be coming to Bietigheim soon.

Wir waren schon 2x im Restaurant Maerz speisen und jedesmal begeistert. Die Gerichte verzücken nicht nur das Auge, sondern auch den Gaumen - egal ob mit Fleisch und Fisch oder lieber vegetarisch, alle Gänge sind wahre Geschmacksexplosionen. Der Service ist im perfekten Maße aufmerksam und auch die Weinbegleitung und nicht-alkoholische Getränkebegleitung können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We have already dined at Restaurant Maerz twice and were thrilled every time. The dishes not only delight the eye, but also the palate - whether with meat and fish or vegetarian, all courses are true explosions of taste. The service is perfectly attentive and we can also warmly recommend the wine and non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment. We'd love to come back.

AMBIENTE
Da ich in einem separaten Raum saß, kann ich nur über diesen berichten. Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kein unnötiges Tam Tam und dennoch genügend Charme um gemütlich zu essen.

SERVICE
Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Es wird alles angeboten von Menübegleitung, Winzersekt, 

AMBIENCE
Since I sat in a separate room, I can only report on this one. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. No unnecessary tam tam and still enough charm to eat comfortably.

SERVICE
Service is very attentive. Everything is offered from menu accompaniment, sparkling wine, wine list etc. Here you don't get the impression that anything is being forced. Service provides professional advice. Ask the guest enough questions without feeling disturbed.
The dishes were served quickly and each one was explained in detail.

EAT
Now to the main topic.
The menu that day consisted of a 5-course meal. In addition to the well-known greetings from the kitchen, there were the following 5 courses:

Appetizers.
1. Local sturgeon a la plancha burnt cream & Shio Dashi ⭐️⭐️
2. Faux Gras - vegetarian foie gras, green shiso & unripe peach ⭐️
3. Quail breast “Gai Phad Med” peppers & onions ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Main course.
4. You could choose between meat or fish. I chose the one with meat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fillet of Lake Constance Farse, corn & sansho berries

Dessert:
5. Original Beans Chocolate - Simply Milk, pumpkin, papaya & cocoa water ⭐️⭐️

TOTAL
I can highly recommend March. It was a successful evening.
The entire menu, with enough breaks without having to wait, was served from start to finish in about 3 hours. The portions were also perfect.
Keep it up! I'd love to come back :)

P.S. It would be nice if you had insight (e.g. website) into how the current menu is put together.
Of course, with the reservation that changes may occur. It would have the advantage that you can find out in advance whether there is a new menu. :)

Was für ein tolles Sterne 🌟 Restaurant. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, eine raffinierte Speisekarte, sehr durchdacht sehr regional, toller Service, eine top Wein Begleitung - alles in allem ein Traum! Wir hatten das Reinschmecker Gourmet Wochenende gebucht und sind sehr begeistert gewesen.

What a great star 🌟 restaurant. It was a great experience, a sophisticated menu, very well thought out, very regional, great service, a top wine accompaniment - all in all a dream! We booked the Reinschmecker Gourmet Weekend and were very impressed.
