Firstly, I must apologize to my friend Anni for being 17 minutes late to my first Michelin experience.

The food was absolutely excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed being granted the opportunity to indulge in ingredients that I've either never had or rarely have a chance to delight in. To name a few: a red pepper of unknown name (see pictures), black garlic, swordfish, and veal cheek.

The veal cheek was my favorite course of the night.  It was perfectly tender and delectable. The au jus with cherries was an exquisite combination of savory with gems of sweetness. The fava bean puree also served as a premier means to continue enjoying the sauce once my gluttonous ways disposed of the meat. And of course, the puree was enjoyable in its own right.

The only critique of the food I can possibly give, if you can call it that, is that most of the courses didn't remind me of Greek cuisine. Then again this place is advertised as modern Greek; and what the hell do I really know about Greek cuisine anyway... Aside from traditional Greek restaurants, I've only been in Greece for four days.

I also ordered the nonalcoholic pairing and I must say that I was slightly dissapointed in it. To be honest though, I've never been one to pair drink to food, nor do I fancy champagne (alcoholic or not). So this all may be my shortcoming. However, the sauerkraut drink was certainly a stretch for the three of us that tried it and it went unfinished. Regardless, I appreciate that the nonalcoholic option was offered and that they tried something unique with sauerkraut.

This is the least priced five course dinner that has a Michelin distinction (in the Stuttgart area), and for the price I'd say it's an incredible bargain. If I lived closer to the restaurant I would go every time the menu was changed, unfortunately it's a 50 minute drive for me and I don't have a car 🤷‍♀️.

My final rating: "I left the five course dinner completely satisfied with the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially for anyone wanting to try a Michelin rated restaurant for a good price."

P.S. Anni said that the vegetarian main course was "alright, but nothing special. The sauce was lacking spices." I also remember finishing the plate for her, but also thinking it wasn't as good as my dish. Guess the non vegi choice is the way to go here.

pretty nice experience - especially the wine company was for my gusto very well with some surprising/ almost experimental choices - imo a bit overrated why I being in the 4 here - creations could be explained  tiny bit more + my lady had not the best cut and there was no real question why it was not finished.
