While I would gladly give this restaurant a full 5 stars, I must deduct a point due to a few service-related observations, which, though minor, are noteworthy in the context of fine dining:

The absence of the waiter placing the napkin on my lap was a small but expected detail in fine dining.
Upon arrival, we found ourselves seating ourselves and moving our own chairs, which, in upscale establishments, is typically handled by the staff, particularly for female guests.
While the waiter initially refilled our water glasses, this attentive service seemed to wane as our meal progressed. There were extended periods during which we had to refill our glasses ourselves, and a fresh water bottle was not brought to our table.
These are admittedly minor points, but in the realm of fine dining, attention to such details is often what sets an experience apart. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the restaurant, from the cuisine to the ambiance, remains highly commendable, and I would certainly recommend Nose & Belly to those seeking an exceptional dining experience in Augsburg.
