This review is for the Michelin Star restaurant.
Going there on warm recommandations from relatives, I expected somehow something different, especially in that incredibly beautiful landscape. Maybe my choice of seasonal discovery menu was not best. The overall outcome was a bit heavy, with sauce thick in asparagus for example. In such a winery region, I would really like some more classical dishes options

We had lunch at this place and ordered the Landmenü, and all we can say is that it was fantastic. The cozy atmosphere, friendly and professional service, and prime location make it a standout. It’s absolutely worth adding this restaurant to your itinerary.

Mixed about this place. Surroundings are beautiful. The guesthouse, restaurant and garden is fab. Restaurant is great.. but it’s “fully booked” even though there are multiple free tables outside on the terrace. Dont know why. The hotel rooms are just basic… there is no WiFi… and not even a fan in the room. At 28c… the room is boiling. At 200EUR per night… I would search for other accommodation.

We only ate at the restaurant. We had the 7 course menu. The food seemed to have more of an emphasis on how it looked on the plate than how well it tasted. The cuisine wasn't bad, of course, simply not even close to 1 star Michelin standards. And high priced for 1* in a small town. For only100 Euros more, we had a fantastic meal at nearby 3 star Schanz restaurant in Piesport.
Our main server was a young woman who seemed very inexperienced. Very inappropriate for a meal that with wine cost 260 Euros per person. On top of that, she spoke so softly that couldn't understand her rote descriptions of the courses.
Many of the courses didn't have clear, defined flavors. Didn't come together. I would not return.

Very bag experience with owner. She is very rude and not behave like Michelin star restaurant.
