Had the breakfast buffet here, it’s amazing! The pretzels are so good, crunchy outside and chewy inside! Love the cupcakes and the tea collection! Wonderful smoked salmon and Bavarian sausage! Excellent spot for some local German food!

It isn't every day you find a Michelin-starred restaurant in an airport hotel.

Tucked away, in the back of the hotel's main restaurant, is where you are taken upon checking in. From there, you are greeted by the Mountain Hub Gourmet(MHG) team for your evening's dining experience.

In our reservation, we mentioned that one of us did not eat red meat and would prefer fish/vegetables for those courses. MHG was quite accommodating with these dietary needs. Also, get the wine pairing; it enhanced the experience.

Service was relatively quick. Very detailed. Our server clearly explained wine pairing and dishes; you can enjoy them at your leisure.

Each dish was enticing and delicious. The service was terrific. Friendly, not stuffy.

I hope we can have this experience again in a future layover at the Munich Airport

I had one of the best schnitzels ever! The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is top notch. The location inside the Munich Airport Hilton is wonderful and makes travel and stay through Munich very easy!

Surprisingly great dining experience in a restaurant located within the hotel. Great food, beautifully presented. You have the option between a la crate or a prefix for ~€175.
