The atmosphere was amazing here. A lot of greenery. The food was expensive but tasted really good. I would recommend this to people to walk around the gardens too.

Gorgeous restaurant in the botanical gardens. They had a greenhouse with many beautiful plants that you wouldn’t usually see in Iceland, such as passion vines (blooming with flowers) and grapes with fresh bunches. Staff was super friendly and helpful! The coffee was amazing and the food was good, especially the cheesecake, although I wish there was more of a selection. Most of what they had was bruschetta and the menus on Google as of this posting (July 2023) are either not current or only show menus for certain days. I went in expecting I would be able to order certain menu items to find they didn’t have them that day. It was also a bit pricy for brunch/lunch. The atmosphere more than makes up for it though. Such a unique experience and I highly recommend the place!

7-2023.  We are back and the Beer Garden is  just like we left it, wonderful.  Beers and mimosa’s are flowing.
