Enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant
The service was really good and the servers are very helpful with my girlfriends birthday cake and small celebration
The tasting menu is tasty and flexible. The kitchen could easily adjust to our dietary needs

Amazing place we discovered by walking in the harbor. Excellent food and very friendly service. Our waiter Marusa was very helpful in providing us information about the food we ordered. Amazing atmosphere with a nice view of the harbor. A very cozy restaurant with excellent food. It is a little bit pricey but definitely worth the experience.

We went as a 25th anniversary experience and they were nice enough to help us celebrate with dessert! Our 4 person party each had different main dishes and we loved them all. Be sure to order the bread basket with lavender salted butter. Cocktails and wine were also excellent. The waitstaff was devoted to making sure the experience was exceptional.

Absolutely brilliant food and good service, we particularly loved the lobster soup! It was unusual that bread had to be ordered separately, however, it was good bread so that made up for it. The fish of the day was beautifully seasoned, the sides complimented the flavours excellently. Stunning views to the quay, especially on a sunny day, I cannot recommend Kopar enough.

As much as I would like to give the full 5 star rating, I was disappointed in the misleading advertising of "bottomless" brunch and the description on the website stating "try as many dishes as you'd like". We had a 1 pm reservation. The restaurant was not overly crowded, but they wait for quite awhile in between taking your orders. The serving sizes are small, so it's not unreasonable to try everything on the brunch menu. But you can't.  After 45 minutes, we had only had our first order. They aren't slow with the drink orders, just the food. So to speed things up, we tried to order the next items we wanted to try as they were serving the current choice. You can't we were told. You have to wait 15 min. So, in the end we didn't get to try everything, and if I had known this I wouldn't have made some of the choices I did. Definitely show up at noon when it starts, and you may be able to get more orders.
