Our entire experience at Snaps was amazing, we went for tea on our first night in Reykjavik the food was outstanding, one of the best meals I have ever had. We were staying at Hotel Odinsve next door to Snaps and had breakfast here which was also incredible, had everything you could possibly want for breakfast and more. We will definitely return when we come back to Reykjavik.

Decent food and service, but not quite what the commercials make it out to be.
On the plane, we saw a commercial for this place, so we made sure we tried it out. It very much reminded me of restaurants in France. It's pretty small, pretty tight, pretty small tables. But, the food portions were pretty big. I had a burger.
The service was OK. The atmosphere was OK, but it was a bit crowded and buzzy. Many customers, I imagine a mix of both locals and travelers, seemed a bit pretentious. That's the impression that I got.
Nothing special here. Just like most of Iceland. I didn't get this vibe from about eight other restaurants we experienced.
Get ready, Iceland. Because I'm about to drop some other reviews and this is about as good as it gets. I was pretty disappointed with Iceland.
