Truly phenomenal! What an amazing stay. The view, amenities and ambience exceeded my expectations by tenfold. The breakfast spread was elite.

The location is extremely walkable but also has many transport links and also many group tours pick up locally.

Staff were warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me in any need that I required.

Highly recommend and if I were to ever return to Reykjavik this would be my hotel of choice.

We stayed in the corner suite and it was perfect for the night. The large windows are perfect overlooking the harbor, and the city at night was beautiful. The bath tub was so nice to relax in after such a long day of traveling, and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was phenomenal, and the service is top tier.

We booked the hotel for our parents' birthday and can wholeheartedly recommend it! We are delighted with the service and the first-class staff, who were always on hand to answer any questions we had within minutes. They even organized a birthday surprise in the room which looked fantastic. We are absolutely thrilled and would choose this hotel again and again.
