Our room located in floor -1. We had the tram going past every 5 minutes and woke up every day as the staff was preparing breakfast above us. Room no. 112. Restaurant staff was extremely polite and friendly. Would go again but would also make sure to not have the room in the cellar.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Great room with all you need, a large and comfortable bed and a bathroom with a good shower. The weekends could be a little noisy because of the pubs around, but you can handle it. The breakfast is ok and cheap (5 euros). Staff was really nice and helpful. Very good option.

The Albany House location for getting to town and public transit was wonderful, however it is also across the street from an array of nightclubs where from our front facing room we could hear music and people until 3 am. The hotel room we had was small, but clean and the breakfast area and staff were great.
We enjoyed walking through the nearby parks with coffee each morning, if it had not been for the noise disruptions we would have rated this higher. Assume the back side of the hotel does not have this issue.

The check in and check out process was very quick. The room was okay - it had everything you need.
The breakfast was great, and the lady there was the sweetest person! 😊
It’s close to Camdem Street - where you can find amazing places to eat and drink. Also there is a bus stop 5 minutes from the hotel (bus 16) which you can get to the airport.
Great price for the rooms. (I booked with booking.com)

The ventilation went on-and-off all the time in the bathroom. And you had to wait a lot for hot water in the shower.
The windows were hard to open.

All in all we had a great time, but we only used the rooms to chill and shower after a long day in Dublin.

This was a hotel that “took away any stress”, from the holiday.
We’ve stopped in some good hotels in Dublin areas from D4 to D2 but this was the best for value for money.
The location is excellent and We had Room 310 for our stay and it was an absolute delight to stay in, perfect size, clean and excellent service from checking in to checking out.
The breakfast is continental but amazingly delicious and worth every penny  The staff are very helpful and friendly rare to see someone go the extra mile these days.
We definitely will be booking here again when the rugby is on.
