The restaurant was chosen for a Family Christmas outing. Kicky’s did not disappoint A set menu (limited) was offered.  The plates were very well presented and stunning in quality. The wine list is reasonably priced with some fine offerings. When in town again, I’ll be doing my best to revisit. As it was XMas the atmosphere wasn’t great, no fault, just the time of year.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely exceptional, we went for Taste of Kickys which offers to share a lot, i mean a lot of dishes from the menu. Every dish was spot on, quality and knowledge of their culinary team is super evident.

Plus great service and atmosphere in the room, left you with litteraly nothing to wish for

Nice place for dinner, good food!
Food was definitely really good, but expensive and the wine was nice but not quite my taste.
Hard to get a booking and they’re a bit strict on how long you can stay there for. They really rushed us to order, we were late arriving so that’s partially our fault but the lack of feeling relaxed was off putting.
Our waitress didn’t know the wine list which is not acceptable in a restaurant. In general the service was good but has a lot of space for improving.
Focaccia: not a good bread but the carbonara butter makes it a good side piece
Croquettes: 7/10
Mussels taramasalata: 8/10
Crab sourdough: 7.7/10
Cacio e Pepe: 8.5/10
Side salad and potatoes: 6/10
The Irish coffee: 7.8/10

Incredible. The best food in Dublin right now. Every course was sublime and faultless. The focaccia was amazing, and the butter is unmissable. The steak was out of this world good, as were the potatoes. The salad had some kind of anchovy in there (I think), which was a little bit too fishy for me, but others may absolutely love it. The basque cheesecake was from another planet good. We got a lucky table at the very last minute on a Saturday night after trying for a while but not being able to get a reservation. So book ahead and prepare for heaven!
