Fine dining at its absolute best! I’m a huge foodie and have been to quite a few Michelin restaurants. I’ve had this place on my radar for years and finally got to experience it while visiting Ireland. Of course, the food is delicious and the quality of service and the atmosphere and ambience is one of a kind. The staff are all top notch and I must give a special shout out to Diego who was absolutely wonderful and made my wife and I feel so special.They truly elevate the experience to a whole new level of art. A lovely man sat down next to us and asked us how our experience was and my wife said “Oh it’s lovely, are you the manager?” And he said “I’m Patrick Guilbaud.” He was so humble and warm and welcoming and chatted with us and took photos too so that was a perfect cherry on top. Worth every penny ten times over! 🍽️ 😋 ❤️

We had a great experience here. We had the 8 course tasting menu and loved every second of it. The food was very impressive. The staff were kind and thoughtful.

Impeccable attention to detail! The food was as inviting on the eyes as it was delicious! This experience was an amazing part of an incredible vacation and punctuates all of our positive memories of our trip. We cannot say enough to do justice to how much we enjoyed it!

A couple of months before the reservation my wife asked them if they can accommodate a guest with gluten allergies. Response was of course we can. A couple of weeks before she asked again and the response was definitely. The day before arriving (we were staying at the hotel and the restaurant is inside the hotel) again she let the restaurant know.
We arrived and they Literally had no idea. What? Oh dear, you are gluten free? Oh my, okay we will let the chef know and we will see what he can do.
Three times not once not twice but three times servers put a gluten item in front of her.
I can show you a one star Michelin restaurant in Los Angeles that keeps track of what item and preferences each and every guest they have ever served since day one!
Presentations were very nice. Their tiny baguette and butter was my favorite.
I can go to Bastible with no star and one third of the expense and get a better meal.
To be fair their lamb dish was very tasteful.
I waited two weeks to write this as I didn’t want to write this.
A beautiful presentation of chocolates. That was a wow!
I liked the art pieces on the tables.

Incredible! Diego was a class act and Michelle was a joy to have as a server, food was incredible, a generous restaurant also and these photos do the talking
