Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff front and back staff. Walking right into his hotel, one is welcomed by the most kind and professional staff, right up to reception. The rooms are beautiful and very neat and have all the essentials. I didn't experience any budget service. In fact, their bathroom liquid hand and body soap and lotions were luxurious. The housekeeping team is super professional. Room service is efficient. Their buffet breakfast is everything. Their facilities are well kept and functional at all times. I can not overemphasize that the staff are the best I have ever experienced. Ah, I can go on and on. Best Hotel with best service.

One of the best 5 star hotels I've been to.
The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and it was completely dark and quiet at night. Good tea and coffee facilities, Chrome cast, a proper king-size bed (not two singles pushed together) with the mattress that's just the right level of firmness.
Would love to stay here again.

This hotel was luxurious, with such professional service. With all the uncertainties, I was assisted from the beginning to the end. The rooms are as per what you see on the photos and are spectacular. A big thanks to the team, as I am very particular, but they nailed it.
I would recommend this to anyone who would love to stay in a professional and classy hotel.

We just wrapped up a short stay with a large group and couldn’t be happier with the time spent at the Anantara. First and foremost was the service- I could go on all day about how warm the staff was, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The spa area and massage is excellent, as is the thermal suite and pool. Rooms were great, comfy beds, and tasty food in the restaurant.
