Beautiful hotel located in a great area! Close to everything. Enjoyed our stay there. Staff were outstanding and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!  Definitely will stay here again on my next trip!!!

I had the most amazing experience at The Grafton Hotel! From the very start, their exceptional service stood out. Before my trip to Dublin, the reservations team reached out to ask if I had any special requests, which was such a thoughtful touch.

During my stay, the service was impeccable every single day and from every single staff member. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with the most comfortable bed! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Dublin, making it so easy to explore the city.

A huge shoutout to Noel, Gary, Adam, and the fantastic brekkie team for making my stay even more special! Whenever I return to Dublin, I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again. Honestly, just amazing! Thank you!

Stayed at the Grafton hotel early October, and this was without doubt, one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. First, location: the hotel is within walking distance of all the major attractions (Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar, Christ Church) and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars.
The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and has a great breakfast (highly recommended). We did not use the bar nor the restaurant so I cannot comment on those, but the breakfast was outstanding.
The best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone, from check-in to housekeeping, to breakfast staff to the concierge, was helpful, polite, kind and always there to answer questions.
I hope to come back to Dublin soon and will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Hotel itself was excellent. Very good service at the bar for food but check-in was a bit slow and less than friendly without much information provided. Location is accessible for Dublin night life but was very loud until after 2am with club goers and arguing outside - a problem with the location and lack of noise proofing the room.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at The Grafton. We were almost in disbelief about how friendly the staff was. (We kept whispering to each other, "They must take 'nice pills.'") The people were more than merely professional--they were a true pleasure to be around. For example, each morning we went down for breakfast and were greeted by Gary Cambell, whose witty commentary on the components of the Irish breakfast (and other topics) warmed us up even before we'd had our coffee. Everybody at the hotel seemed to have a sense of humor. The accommodations at The Grafton are first-rate: the beds, the bathrooms--everything. But it's the people we remember most. The hotel clearly has a great training program, but beyond that, it seems to have cracked the code on how to hire people who are nice by nature.
