Relaxed vibes with luxury treatment. The staff are excellent, professional, and attentive. The only down side to the menu is that I am not local so I can’t try it all. Each dish’s flavor profiles were married so exquisitely. Each bite made lasting memories as I savored every last crumb. This restaurant has set a new standard for me.

Dining at Ean was delightful. It has a relaxing, fine dining vibe. Our server was friendly and well versed in the menu and helped us pick out a few dishes as well as make suggestions for wine. The small plates are great for sharing and are brought to the table when prepared. It was a nice flow and we didn’t feel hurried.
We had the mackerel in a the most delicious dill sauce, mushroom and leeks in a nice sauce, yummy sourdough and venison which was superb. This dinner was gifted to us from a friend and was definitely a memorable experience. Highly recommend when in Galway, Ireland!

Great experience in this very nice "bistrot" for the most decorated "Loam Restaurant".
Food was not great, was amazing, tried 2 starters, 2 main and the mixed cheese for closing. Really can't remember another dinner outside Italy with this kind of flavours, feelings and satisfaction in such a simple dishes, incredible.
Wine list was full of options for different taste and pairing options for a fair price, so another great point.
Only the service was so and so, the girl that was assigned to our table seems not to know very well the dishes, forget who order what and opening the bottle half of the wax covering the bottle ended on our table (it's not a big deals, but a little bit of care could avoided it).
Fair bill at the end, so very happy about it.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in Galway. Everything here deserves five stars—the food, the service, the atmosphere, the wine list, and even the coffee. Every visit feels like a special experience, with the staff always making us feel exceptionally well taken care of. The menu strikes the perfect balance, offering new and exciting dishes while keeping the beloved classics that keep us coming back.
